1. License Grant

AiReadCode grants you a personal, non-exclusive license to activate and run the software on up to 3 personal devices simultaneously.

2. API Keys & Third-Party AI Fees

You provide your own API keys for model providers (DeepSeek, OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini). Token usage fees are paid directly to your chosen provider.

3. Local Privacy

The software analyzes code locally on your device. Your repository code is never uploaded to or stored on AiReadCode servers.
