1. Full Refund Eligibility

Duplicate charges, or refund requests made within 7 days of purchase where no full books have yet been generated, are eligible for a 100% full refund.

2. Exceptions

If full books have already been generated within the 7-day period, the digital benefit is deemed delivered and is non-refundable. Requests made after 7 days are generally non-refundable.
